My career in franchising spans more than 20 years and began with Bojland Restaurant Group, a familyowned business operating 14 Bojangles franchise locations. Early in my career, I had the opportunity to work closely with both the franchise owner and the franchisor, gaining firsthand insight into the partnership that makes franchising unique. That experience sparked a lasting appreciation for the power of franchise systems and the importance of strong franchisor support in helping entrepreneurs succeed. Since then, I have built my career across multiple areas of franchising, including operations, finance, franchisee onboarding, training, franchise development, and revenue operations.

Today, I serve as Senior Director of Revenue Operations for Empower Brands and hold both an MBA and Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation. While I am proud of the roles I have held throughout my career, what excites me most is helping others discover their own path within the franchise industry. Franchising offers countless opportunities for growth, leadership, and impact, and I am passionate about sharing my experiences, lessons learned, and industry knowledge with the next generation of franchise professionals. I am honored to participate in the IFA Mentorship Program and look forward to supporting emerging leaders as they build meaningful and rewarding careers in franchising.
