TRAINING and SUPPORT:
New owners receive 44 hours of pre-university training, six days of hands-on training at TeamLogic IT University at our headquarters in Mission Viejo, California, and an additional 61 hours of post-university training that is conducted online or through webinars and phone consultation. The training focuses on the company’s four operating systems: Employee Management, Financial Management, Sales & Marketing Management, and Technical Management. Operations manuals, tools, templates, and regional and annual meetings are provided to support and reinforce the training and serve as an ongoing reference.
The ideal candidate for a TeamLogic IT is a person who wishes to work in a business environment, understands technology, has an aptitude for sales and/or building relationships and enjoys working with other business professionals while building a team to deliver outstanding service and support. Many of our franchise owners were previously executives in corporate America, IT directors for small companies, engineers or technology consultants.
