We’re putting a franchisee and a franchisor in the same room for an honest conversation about what each side actually wants, what they’re afraid to ask, and the ‘hot takes’ typically left unsaid. Potential topics include:
– Royalties and how they’re used to support franchisees.
– The tech mandates that land badly.
– Whether AI is going to fix anything, or just add complexity.

Erik Van Horn, Co-founder of Front Street Equity Partners takes the franchisee chair. Dan Claps, CEO of Voda Cleaning and Franchise Playbook takes the franchisor chair.

We will moderate the session between Erik and Dan, but will also reserve time for your Q&A.
