Paint the Town Pink: Connect, Collaborate & Grow Leadership, Learning & the Future of WFN Philadelphia

Share

Join the Women’s Franchise Network Philadelphia Chapter as we Paint the Town Pink for an interactive evening focused on learning, connection and shaping the future of our local chapter.
Hosted at CertaPro Painters’ corporate headquarters and training center, attendees will get a behind-the-scenes look at the facility and explore how an established franchise organization approaches training, onboarding and franchisee support.

The program will also feature a panel discussion with WFN Philadelphia’s new co-chairs, followed by an interactive member forum where attendees can share ideas for future programming, professional development and ways to strengthen chapter engagement. We will also introduce new chapter initiatives, including the launch of the WFN Philadelphia Book Club.
In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, attendees are encouraged to wear pink, and we will be collecting donations in support of breast cancer awareness and research.

Learning Objectives:
Given a tour of CertaPro Painters’ corporate headquarters and training center, participants will be able to identify at least two training, onboarding or franchisee support practices that could be adapted for use within their own franchise organizations. Given insights from the WFN Philadelphia co-chair panel, participants will be able to identify at least two opportunities to strengthen professional connections, peer learning and engagement within the local franchise community. Through an interactive member forum, participants will be able to recommend at least two topics, resources or programming initiatives that would enhance the value of WFN Philadelphia, including professional development, Mentorsihp program, networking and the new book club.
