The Franchisee Forum serves as the voice of franchisees within the IFA and plays a key role in promoting networking, advocacy, and the sharing of best practices among franchisees for the benefit of the entire franchise community. Each member of the Forum plays a critical role in ensuring the franchisee community’s voice is well-represented at the highest levels of the Association. The Forum’s Chair and Vice Chair are sitting members of the IFA Board of Directors, the Chair of the Franchisee Forum serves on the IFA Executive Committee, and the immediate Past Chair of the Forum serves on the IFA Nominating Committee.
