Leading Global Staffing Franchise Expands into New Markets, Welcomes New CEO, and Unveils Incentive Program for Prospective Franchisees

Oklahoma City, July 15, 2025 Express Employment Professionals, the leading global staffing  franchise, is celebrating a strong start to 2025, having awarded 22 franchise agreements, including 20 resales and two new market entries. The brand has also launched a franchisee incentive program and announced a leadership transition as it positions for continued growth in the second half of the year.

Throughout the first six months of 2025, Express has welcomed 11 new franchisees into the system and hosted multiple Discovery Days, introducing 33 prospective owners to the brand’s purpose-driven approach to staffing and workforce solutions. Franchise agreements have been signed across the U.S. and Canada, with new territories awarded in Raleigh, NC and Greenville, SC.

Demonstrating the power of Express’s franchisee support model, Jake Law, a Santa Rosa, CA franchisee and Emerging Entrepreneur graduate, has already reached his first sales milestone in Express’s Fast Track program.

The company also announced a significant leadership transition with the appointment of Bob Funk Jr. as CEO, President, and Chairman of the Board. A respected leader within the staffing industry, Funk Jr. now leads the brand during a time of expanding market share and enhanced support initiatives for franchisees.

“As we look at what’s been achieved in only six months, the momentum within our franchise system is undeniable,” said Vinny Provenzano, Senior Vice President of Global Franchising at Express Employment Professionals. “We’re seeing strong engagement from both new and existing franchisees, and we’re doubling down on support, innovation, and opportunity. Express has always been about creating meaningful impact, and we’re only accelerating from here.”

To support continued expansion in target regions, Express continues to offer a new franchisee incentive program, which offers up to $40,000 in refunded franchise fees for eligible new owners who meet early performance milestones, such as billing 16 or more clients in a single week or generating $65,000 in gross margin within the first 26 weeks of operation. Existing franchisees and resale purchases are not eligible for this incentive.

In addition, Express is offering 50% off the franchise fee in the following 20 targeted incentive territories:

  • Tucson, AZ (North)
