A select group of franchising executives and champions will gather to celebrate U.S. Rep. John A. Olszewski Jr., (D-Md. 2nd), better known as “Johnny O.”, who received the Franchise Champion award from the IFA during September 2026. Johnny O. is one of 17 Democratic co-sponsors of the American Franchise Act and has rebutted vigorous labor opposition to the bill, in favor of fostering growth through franchising. Come learn more about his priorities, share your franchising story, ask questions, and network with others in the Maryland franchising community.
