Over the past 12 years in branded merchandise, I’ve managed global partnership programs and helped organizations turn their brand into moments people remember. That’s ranged from a branded newborn kit sent to members of a network when they welcome a new baby, to merchandise at the center of events for tens of thousands of people, designed to get shared on social media long after the event ends. Today I bring that experience to franchising at Clayton Kendall, working with brands from emerging concepts to systems with more than 1,000 locations.
I’m also working toward my CFE through the University of Louisville and write The Franchise Marketing Playbook on LinkedIn. I’ve learned that a strong brand program does more than keep things consistent. It’s the welcome kit that makes a new franchisee feel part of the family, the grand opening that gets a location noticed, and the tools that help local owners grow in their communities. If your team is thinking about any of this, I’d be glad to be a sounding board. Every system is different, so I’d love to learn what makes yours unique and help you find what works best for it.
