Fast-Growing Cheeseburger Slider Brand Celebrates Hoosier State Debut 

MUNCIE, Ind. – Muncie, it’s time to slide thru as Smalls Sliders officially opens its first Can in the state on September 10 at 10:30 a.m. local standard time. Located at 211 W. McGalliard Rd., Muncie, IN, the newest Smorange™ Can marks a major milestone for the industry-disrupting cheeseburger slider brand as it officially enters Indiana.

The grand opening celebration will kick off at 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 10, with plans for an appearance from Charlie the Cardinal, Ball State University’s mascot, who will also be available for photos later in the day from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm. The celebration will also recognize Al Holdren as the Can’s Smalls Town Hero, honoring the longtime Muncie-area community leader and philanthropist for his impact on the community. Holdren and his wife, Chris, founded Secret Families Christmas Charity in 2004 after choosing to forgo gifts for one another and instead provide Christmas presents and a tree to a local family in need. What began with two families has since grown into a broader community effort serving families across East Central Indiana.
