Tiffany Brown is a program management and workforce development professional with more than a decade of experience leading national training initiatives and building strong strategic partnerships. She is passionate about stakeholder collaboration, content development, and creating inclusive learning experiences that help people grow and succeed.

Tiffany has served as Lead for Academic and Certification Initiatives at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). During her tenure, Tiffany designed and delivered scalable learning programs for HR professionals, strengthened engagement across higher education and volunteer networks, and supported organizational goals through a thoughtful, data-informed approach.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Maryland and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
