Abstract:
In this article, Jonathan Hill, Co-founder of Morrow Hill, and Joel Chamberlain, Vision Map Data Engineer, explore how franchise growth and data are connected, and how this relationship has fundamentally changed. What once relied on basic demographics like population, income, and age has evolved into a complex ecosystem of psychographics, point-of-interest insights, andreal-time consumer behavior. Today, franchise systems have access to an unprecedented volume of information, spanning mobility patterns, spending habits, and social signals.
While this expansion was expected to improve decision-making, it has instead introduced a new challenge: too much data, with too little clarity. Learn how leading franchise systems are shifting from fragmented data points to integrated intelligence through platforms like Vision Map, Morrow Hill’s proprietary data ecosystem. By connecting and contextualizing thousands of variables, Vision Map transforms raw data into actionable insights, enabling smarter site selection, stronger market positioning, and more predictable growth.
