Prior to joining IFA, Kim served as Director of Member Services and Elections Manager at the National Academy of Engineering (NAE), where she led strategic membership initiatives, event execution, and operational enhancements. She managed NAE’s elections process, ensuring compliance with governance policies while safeguarding the integrity of sensitive election data. Additionally, she played a key role in modernizing the organization’s database infrastructure, extending its operational lifespan by over a decade to meet future cybersecurity needs.

Earlier in her career, Kim worked at the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), where she coordinated advocacy and health policy initiatives and contributed to coding and reimbursement education efforts.

She brings a broad range of expertise in executive operations, strategic planning, and membership engagement and is committed to optimizing processes and driving organizational impact.
