According to a study conducted by Technavio, the landscaping and gardening services market is poised to grow by $79.01 billion from 2021-2025, a CAGR progression of nearly 6%. In support of these findings, GrandviewResearch found that the global landscaping products market size valued at $63.59 billion in 2018, is expected to report a CAGR of 5.4% from 2019–2025. They attribute this growth to the booming real estate industry as a key market indicator. According to the National Association of Realtors, October 2020 was the fifth month in a row for existing-home sales’ positive growth. During that month, 72% of those homes had been on the market for less than a month. The median home price was up almost 16% year-over-year at $313,000. The reason they believe, is due to record low mortgage rates.
