Multi-Unit Franchise Agreement Paves Way for Three New Grease Monkey Openings, Expanding Statewide Development

The first location recently opened at 1950 Dundee Rd., Winter Haven, Florida. A second location, in Dundee, is projected to open in April; and the third location, in Auburndale, is projected to open in May.

Behind the three-unit Grease Monkey agreement is Goran Mladen. Originally from New York, Mladen comes from the real estate investment world. Searching for a recession proof business, he found the opportunity to invest in Grease Monkey. Mladen felt FullSpeed’s brands had the greatest chance for success and was impressed with their training and support programs. Now, he is on the fast track to having three full-service locations open in Polk County, Florida, with each location including a self-serve car wash option.

Mladen looked around Florida for real estate deals that included the sale of existing lube shops. This has allowed him to invest in multiple locations with Grease Monkey, and have them up and running swiftly. With one already open, he has two more under construction in the area, and is interested in investing in more units to open in Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, and Palm Coast, Florida, in the future.
