MUNCIE, Ind. – Beth Sparks, franchise owner of Z PLUMBERZ in Muncie, was recently presented with the Franchise of the Year award at the BELFOR Franchise Group Annual National Convention.

The Franchise of the Year award honors a standout franchise owner who demonstrates Z PLUMBERZ’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service through compassionate care and attention to detail. Sparks earned the recognition for her dedication to serving the Muncie community, positive attitude and willingness to help her team and peers, as well as constantly representing the brand in a positive manner. Beth and her husband, Joe Sparks, started their franchising journey with Z PLUMBERZ as a family business when they launched in 2020.
