With more than 25 years of experience in franchise growth, Franks is notable for building results-driven franchise recruitment programs while maintaining a focus on quality growth. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Franchise Recruiting at Unleashed Brands, where he played a key role in driving substantial franchise growth as the company expanded from one to eight franchise brands. During his time at Unleashed Brands, he and his team awarded more than 334 locations, successfully integrating and growing both established and emerging franchise brands.
