WASHINGTON, D.C., JULY 10 – The International Franchise Association (IFA) today released the following statement supporting President Donald Trump’s nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to serve as an associate justice on the United States Supreme Court:

“Brett Kavanaugh’s sterling credentials and conscientious judicial philosophy will serve him well on the Supreme Court. IFA is confident that Judge Kavanaugh will serve his country faithfully and thoughtfully in this role, and commends President Trump on an outstanding selection,” said IFA President and CEO Robert Cresanti.

Kavanaugh, a Yale Law School graduate, currently serves as a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
