Abby Schmidt is a Business Development Account Executive at Paychex, where she focuses on developing and implementing partner-based relationships between Paychex and franchisors.  She has over 25 years of experience in the human resources industry and is skilled in marketing, leadership, customer relationship management (CRM), account management, and software as a service (SaaS).

Paychex is dedicated to helping the franchise community make complex business processes simpler by implementing and standardizing integrated HR, benefits, and payroll solutions across franchise systems.

Abby is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where she majored in elementary and special education.

She lives in Denver with her husband and two rescue dogs.  Abby is a lifelong football fan and enjoys cooking, hiking, paddleboarding, and international travel.
