The franchise will be owned and operated by Rich O’Steen and John McInarnay, who have deep roots in the Gainesville area and have been working toward this milestone for quite some time. For Rich and John, bringing Ellianos to Gainesville is personal — they have been familiar with the brand for years and believe deeply in what it stands for.
