Vogel joins Sport Clips as the Georgetown-based company continues to expand its national footprint and invest in long-term growth strategies supporting franchise owners and team members across North America. Most recently, Vogel was senior vice president of accounting for a multi-unit franchise brand with $400 million in annual revenue, where she led the team to strengthen operational performance and improve financial visibility. Vogel also took a lead role in ensuring financial operations, reporting, and systems were brought into alignment during the acquisition and integration phase with a Fortune 500 organization. Her background includes extensive experience working directly with franchise owners, managing royalty structures, and developing systems to enhance business performance. Prior to that role, Vogel, a Southwestern (B.A.) and University of Texas at Austin (M.P.A) graduate, served as Chief Financial Officer for a privately held healthcare company, where she guided the organization through a generational ownership transition.
