Leading global staffing franchise rewards early business success, allowing eligible franchisees to earn back up to 100 percent of their franchise fee

Oklahoma City, April 7, 2026 – Express Employment Professionals, the leading global staffing provider franchise, is continuing its Fast Track incentive program in 2026, offering new franchise owners the opportunity to earn back up to 100 percent of their initial franchise fee by achieving early business performance milestones within their first six months of operation. Originally introduced in 2023, the Fast Track program is designed to help new owners establish strong sales habits, build a broad client base and generate early momentum as they launch their staffing businesses.

“Fast Track is about creating early momentum where it matters most,” said Melissa Davis, Vice President of Franchising at Express Employment Professionals. “When new franchise owners focus on building client relationships and consistent sales activity from day one, it sets the foundation for long-term growth.”

Under the program, first-time Express franchise owners who have opened a new location can earn 50 percent of their franchise fee back by either billing 16 clients in a single week or achieving $65,000 in gross margin within their first 26 weeks of operation. Owners who reach both milestones within the same 26-week period qualify for Double Fast Track, earning 100 percent of their franchise fee returned.

The program has already generated strong participation among new owners. In 2025, 21 Express franchise owners achieved Fast Track, with six of those owners reaching Double Fast Track status – reflecting the program’s role in helping new operators accelerate client acquisition and revenue growth. Notably, Fast Track success has also proven to be a strong indicator of long-term performance. As of 2025, 63 percent of Fast Track achievers have gone on to reach Circle of Excellence, highlighting their success within the Express system. Circle of Excellence is an Express franchise recognition program for top performers, celebrating sales achievement and community leadership through multiple reward levels.

“Fast Track pushed me to understand exactly what to do as a new owner,” said Martin Minkowicz, who opened his office in Union, New Jersey, in January 2025. “Getting out there every day, meeting business owners, and following the system made all the difference. Hitting Double Fast Track at week 25 was a surprise. I knew I could figure out the business, but seeing it actually happen gave me a huge confidence boost. It’s not just about the franchise fee; it’s about helping your community and seeing the people you place succeed.”

Eilish Bel, who launched her Express office in Tampa, Florida in May 2025, echoed the value of the program: “Having clear goals early on made a huge difference. Billing 16 clients in a week within my first nine weeks showed me the process works if you stick to it. Fast Track keeps you focused on sales, and that’s where the growth happens. It’s rewarding financially, but even more motivating to see the impact you can make on clients and associates.”

Express’s long-term goal of putting a million people to work annually remains central to the company’s vision: to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many clients as possible find good people.

As Express looks ahead, franchise development efforts are focused on key growth markets across Georgia, California, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas, Ontario, Illinois, and New York, supporting the brand’s long-term expansion strategy.
