Kevin & Geidre Priddy are making their entry into Texas, converting four coworking spaces into Venture X franchises

DALLAS (February 17, 2026) – Venture X®, a global provider of high-quality, flexible workspaces, announced today that multi-unit franchise owners Kevin & Geidre Priddy of Priddy Spaces have acquired four existing flexible workspaces in the Dallas-Fort Worth market and are converting them to Venture X. The Priddys began developing their coworking portfolio with the acquisition of Venture X in West Palm Beach, Florida in 2022 and have since grown it to seven total Venture X and one Office Evolution® open and operating with several more in active development.

The husband-and-wife team acquired their four Dallas-Fort Worth locations from Plano-based landlord Michael Comegys. With Comegys wanting to center his focus on his core business as a commercial landlord, he sought to partner with experienced flex workspace operators who would bring their expertise into the spaces and help them thrive. Formerly branded as CityCentral, the spaces are currently being converted to Venture X and will offer the brand’s signature amenities and hospitality-centric member experience.

“When we were approached about converting these four spaces in Dallas-Fort Worth, we were very interested. We’ve been operating in Florida going on four years, and we’ve wanted to expand into other high-growth markets like this one. The four locations being converted are:

  • Venture X Downtown Fort Worth – 600 W. 6th St., Suite 400, Fort Worth, TX 76102. 22,530 square feet with 74 offices. This location is currently open and operating as Venture X.
  • Venture X Plano West – 6010 W. Spring Creek, Plano, TX 75024. 36,000 square feet with 103 offices. This location is currently open and operating as Venture X.
  • Venture X Plano East – 500 N. Central Expressway, Suite 500, Plano, TX 75074. 26,592 square feet with 92 offices. This location is currently open and operating and is actively being converted to Venture X.
  • Venture X Dallas-Addison – 17250 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, TX 75248. Approximately 40,000 square feet with 78 offices. This location is currently open and operating and is actively being converted to Venture X.
