With more than 800 franchisees, design associates, office managers, team members, and vendor partners from across North America in attendance, the event centered on immersive education, high-impact networking, and celebrating standout members of the FCI community.

A Keynote Presented by a Winner, For Winners

Tim Tebow, former NFL quarterback, Heisman Trophy winner, and entrepreneur, served as FCI’s keynote speaker, delivering a powerful message centered on ownership, vision, and relentless execution. Tebow challenged the FCI network to move beyond talent and good intentions and instead fully commit to mastery, belief, and action. A central pillar of the keynote was vision over goals, and through personal stories from his recruiting journey, Tebow illustrated what great leadership looks like in action.

Each track focused on the core pillars of success: operations, profitability, product, and marketing. These sessions equipped franchisees and team members with strategies they can immediately apply to their systems.

Giving Back and Key Recognition Across the FCI Network

During the conference, FCI hosted a casino night fundraiser, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to giving back. The event raised more than $25,000 for the FirstService Relief Fund, which provides emergency financial assistance to Charitable Class members facing unforeseen disasters or personal hardship.

The conference concluded with a formal awards banquet, recognizing standout performance, resilience, and growth across the FCI network. Notable award winners include:
