Gloria took over the Folsom franchise location in April of this year after working for the corporate office. As a franchise owner, she loves having the community that comes with being a part of a franchise. On top of that, knowing that there are already systems and protocols in place to follow as a business owner is comforting. Gloria notes that with franchising, “You’re never starting from scratch.”

Gloria went with Hammer and Nails because of its unique concept and the way it offered something new and different. She loves providing a space where men can come and feel relaxed while getting their haircut or receiving a manicure and pedicure.
