  • ProLift Garage Doors: 8 units
  • Maid Right: 6 units

So far, Nesto has launched in Augusta, Georgia, and Denver, Colorado.

Additionally, PSB expanded its reach with the national introduction of Certified Aging-in-Place Services through its House Doctors brand. This initiative caters to the growing demand for accessible, senior-friendly home modifications, cementing PSB’s role as a leader in meeting homeowners’ evolving needs.

Strategic Leadership Appointment
PSB also made significant investments in leadership in 2024, welcoming a host of talented individuals to its executive team. Brad Knieriem joined as VP of Franchise Development for Maid Right and Window Gang, bringing a wealth of experience in driving growth for home service brands. Franchise industry veteran Kyle Christie was named VP of Franchise Development for ProLift Garage Doors and Rubbish Works Junk Removal, bringing in experienced abilities to help new entrepreneurs find their right path in franchising. Gabe Colon was promoted to Executive Vice President of Performance, where he played a pivotal role in revamping the franchisee training program to ensure streamlined operations and support. Bertie Allen joined as Marketing Director, leveraging extensive marketing expertise across various industries to bolster brand visibility and engagement.

Additionally, Roxanne Conrad, a former 360 Painting franchisee and Senior Vice President of Operations, was elevated to Chief Operations Officer.
