Nearly all respondents (87.6%) to a survey from 2022 reported franchisees are having trouble finding skilled workers (IFA’s 2022 Labor Challenges Report). Further, the report stated four out of five franchise systems have experience labor shortages. Enabling more efficient work can start with the right cleaning programs, procedures, and training.
