After college, Witmer joined the existing Re-Bath Lancaster franchise as an employee, and within two years, purchased the business with the assistance of his longtime friend, Mark Clapper. Clapper’s operational expertise complemented Witmer’s sales and marketing acumen, and this partnership eventually led to the opening of a second location in West Chester in 2021. Known for their commitment to customer experience and fostering a company culture centered on core values such as personal growth, integrity, and positivity, Witmer and Clapper prioritize exceptional experiences for both employees and customers, particularly focusing on serving the senior community.
