The Franchise Customer Experience Certification, administered by the Franchise Customer Experience Institute, is awarded to franchise brands that demonstrate superior practices leading to enhanced franchise profitability via exceptional franchisee and consumer experiences. CBA underwent a comprehensive evaluation process, including an independent review of 32 key practices, telephone interviews with franchisees and consumers, and third-party data analysis.
