FullSpeed Automotive® Appoints Kevin Cook as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.– FullSpeed Automotive</a>®, one of the nation’s largest franchisors and operators of automotive aftermarket repair facilities, home to flagship brands Grease Monkey</a>®</a>, SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service</a>®, and Kwik Kar</a>®, recently appointed Kevin Cook as the new Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions.

Cook brings three decades of experience to this role. With a comprehensive background in store operations; asset protection; change management; corporate strategy; and mergers and acquisitions, he has held significant leadership positions at companies such as Advance Auto Parts and Icahn Automotive Group. In his previous position, he played a pivotal role in leading mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and integration efforts for Tire Discounters.
