A group of new beem Light Sauna franchise partners are set to open 12 new locations throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, as they work to illuminate more cities throughout the U.S.

With the North Eastern part of the country receiving significantly less daylight during the winter months, it’s an ideal location for beem®’s incredible light therapy services as they plan to enter Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York for the first time.

The expansion plans include new partner, Bayo’s, commitment to opening locations in greater Philadelphia in 2024, as well as recent franchisee, Paul, gearing up to open new locations in the Philadelphia area in the first half of 2024. The City of Brotherly Love has been recognized as the 6th largest city in the US, showcasing the city’s incredible growth projection as beem® gets ready to enter Pennsylvania.

New beem partner, Alan, plans to open locations in Florham Park, New Jersey, during the first half of 2024. New Jersey’s status as one of the top 10 states for wellness makes it an ideal location to expand the brand, and Florham Park’s affluence positions it as a community with the financial capacity to prioritize beem®’s holistic services.

Josh, a recent franchisee addition to the brand, is set to open locations in Brooklyn around mid-2024. Brooklyn ranks as the third-largest “City” in America, surpassing the combined size of Boston, Atlanta, Washington DC, and Minneapolis, making it an exciting new market for this growing brand. Franchise partners, Michael, and Leigh-Ann, have their sights set on introducing locations in Saratoga Springs during the first half of 2024. Despite being a smaller city, Saratoga Springs’ impressive ranking in the top 1% of small cities in the U.S. and 9th overall underscores its potential as a thriving market for beem®’s services.
