OAKHURST, Calif. – Pizza Factory, a beloved West Coast staple, recently announced its partnership with GIftAMeal. Having officially began on September 1, the co-branded initiative is now distributed to all franchise locations throughout the country.

GiftAMeal is a purpose-driven platform designed to address the critical issue of food insecurity while fostering community engagement. The concept is simple yet powerful; guests visiting their local Pizza Factory can participate by scanning a QR code and sharing a photo of their meal on social media. For every photo uploaded by a customer, the respective Pizza Factory location will donate a meal to its nearby food pantry.

Each Pizza Factory restaurant is geo-tagged to its nearest food pantry, ensuring that the meals donated directly benefit the local community. The program aims to be a sustainable, ongoing effort, exemplifying Pizza Factory’s commitment to making a positive impact. Evidence of this outlook was the brand’s incredibly successful early launch at its Medical Lake, WA location. This launch played a crucial role in extending support to the local community, especially in the aftermath of devastating wildfires in the area. The location was able to contribute a remarkable number of meals to the Second Harvest Food Bank.
