HOUSTON – EverLine Coatings, North America’s fastest-growing line striping and pavement maintenance service business, has added Bridgette Morgan as Vice President of Market Development, bringing her years of extensive experience in overseeing sales and product marketing operations and cultivating customer relationships to drive business growth to the fast-growing franchise brand.

In her new role, Bridgette will define and execute comprehensive market development strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. She will oversee sales quotas and assign strategic account objectives for the National Accounts team, fostering revenue growth and client retention, plus track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team, highlighting progress and recommending actionable insights. Other initiatives include identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to guide product development and market positioning and spearhead efforts to position the company as an industry leader in brand image, presence, and thought leadership.

Morgan previously worked at Lafayette Interior Fashions for more than 20 years, rising up the ranks in different managerial sales roles before being named Director of Marketing and Sales, where she oversaw all sales and marketing activities of a family-owned B2B wholesaler business to increase product sales volume, increased marketplace presence, devised and established a positive brand reputation by executing strategic marketing campaigns and utilizing latest search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and video content development practices. In this director role as a member of the senior management team, she also implemented business growth strategies to elevate profitability.
