Former franchisee brings experience and excitement to this role; will use her experience as a franchisee to build support in sales, development, and culture.

In this role, Alison will work directly with the franchisees and support them through sales strategies, company culture, and customer experience. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge as a former franchisee, and she knows what it takes to run a Frios franchise.

I could have never imagined that taking a bite of that first Frios at a tradeshow in Dallas would have led me to be a franchisee and now Director of Franchisee Support. A few hours later in the airport, my phone rang, and it was her. She was hooked and wanted to become a franchisee. Now, here were are today several years later. I couldn’t be happier for Frios and especially our franchisees. The level of support our franchisees will get from her has elevated us to a new level,” said Cliff Kennedy.
