Update Your Password

Need to update your password? It’s easy, we promise. Just follow these steps:

  1. Click here to reset your password
  2. Click “Forgot Your Password?”
  3. Type in your email address and click “Reset Your Password”
  4. Check your inbox and look for an email with the subject line “Forgot Password from IFA Community”
  5. Click the link in the email
  6. Type in a new password and click “Reset Password”

Need to update your FOG listing? Follow these tips below: 

  • Log in to the member portal
  • Navigate to “FOG Update”, located on the panel to the left
  • Select up to 3 FOG categories (advertisers will appear in all 3 categories, otherwise you will only appear in your first category)
  • Paragraph text limits:  all paragraph sections are 600 characters max excluding spaces
  • Paragraphs must be straight text- no bullet points or other formatting
  • Form will time out in 30 minutes
  • When updates are complete, hit “save” button at bottom right of screen
