IFA no longer offers refunds or rollovers for cancelled registrations, so we highly recommend adding ‘Registration Protection’ when you register.
Add Registration Protection at checkout for a flat fee, so you have peace of mind no matter what comes up between now and the event. By purchasing registration protection, you are insuring the price of your registration. Should a covered issue arise and you need to cancel, your registration fees will be refundable (less the price of the registration protection). IFA LIVE Learning Credits (formerly Participation Credits) will be offered based on attending CFE-approved breakout sessions and workshops; confirmed sessions and credit amounts will be announced closer to the Convention dates. Attendees who wish to receive CFE LIVE Learning Credits will need to complete the mobile app session survey when on-site at the Convention.
Additional IFA LIVE Learning Credits will be available through CFE and Professional Development Sessions on Sunday, February 21 and Monday, February 22. Learn more about the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) program here.
