Benjamin Branch serves as Vice President, Federal Government Affairs for the International Franchise Association where he is responsible for leading advocacy and legislative strategy at the federal level to advance IFA’s policy priorities.

He brings over 18 years of legislative, political and public policy expertise. Prior to joining IFA, he was the Director of Government Affairs for JUUL Labs. He previously served as the former Executive Director of the Congressional Black Caucus PAC and as Legislative Director for Congressman Gregory Meeks from New York. A native Virginian, he graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA with a degree in Political Science.
