BrightStar Care® Names Teresa Celmer as Chief Marketing Officer

After serving as BrightStar Care's Senior Vice President of Marketing since 2019, where she grew immense national brand awareness and drove recruitment efforts, Teresa is taking the next step in her career by entering the BrightStar Care C-Suite.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Celmer will be responsible for the overall vision, leadership, and execution of all marketing programs and initiatives under the BrightStar Group Holdings umbrella: BrightStar Care, BrightStar Senior Living®, and BrightStar® Care Homes™. Celmer will also be at the helm of developing and executing BrightStar Care's long and short-term marketing strategies to accelerate brand awareness and increase brand sales and customer count. Over the last few years, Celmer has played an instrumental role in marketing and internal and external communications.

Before joining BrightStar Care, Celmer was the Brand Director of Consumer Marketing at Ace Hardware. She developed her skillset as a franchise marketer and created immaculate brand cohesion among the company's nationwide consumer retail stores. She is also a Board Member of Hope Loves Company, a nonprofit that provides emotional and educational support to children and young adults who have or had a loved one battling Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) or Lou Gehrig's disease. Celmer is a true servant leader and is committed to enriching lives.
