Altitude Trampoline Park CEO Mike Rotondo Rises Atop The Rest as a 2022 Georgia Titan 100

March 10, 2022

ATLANTA — Altitude Trampoline Park, an active indoor entertainment concept dedicated to bringing fun, freedom and happiness to families across the globe, announced today that CEO Mike Rotondo has joined the ranks of a premier group of leaders as a Georgia Titan 100. The program recognizes 100 CEOs and C-level executives in Georgia and the Greater Atlanta area at an annual awards ceremony in May of 2022.

"I'm incredibly honored to be recognized by the Georgia Titan 100 and to be a part of this distinguished group of leaders," said Rotondo, who's executive experience includes work with long-established brands such as Edible Arrangements and Tropical Smoothie Café. "I've had the privilege of leading amazing organizations throughout my career and guiding them through critical periods of enormous growth and change. I'm grateful for the leadership teams who have supported me throughout the years, as we've grown brands that are committed to doing good for their clients and the communities they serve."

Rotondo joined Altitude Trampoline Park, a best-in-class indoor entertainment franchise, in 2019 as its CEO. Despite pandemic-induced challenges, the brand showcased remarkable resiliency, opening 11 new parks from 2020 to 2021. Under Rotondo's leadership, the company has seen innovations such as a new guest membership program, launched in full in 2021, drive double-digit sales increases at several participating parks. Additionally, the brand's leadership team worked tirelessly to refresh existing vendors, update park attractions and create additional revenue streams over the past year, which has proved Altitude a preferred conversion option for parks re-opening as they rebound from pandemic-pressures.

Rotondo possesses extensive franchise and brand building experience. He formerly served as CEO of Edible Arrangements, where he led all franchise and company operations for more than 1,100 units. Prior to Edible Arrangements, Rotondo was the CEO of Tropical Smoothie Café, a nearly 700-unit smoothie and sandwich chain based in Atlanta, GA. During Rotondo's tenure, the brand experienced significant growth as unit-level revenues doubled and franchise owners added more than 400 new units. Product innovation, franchisee collaboration and an 'anything is possible approach' are the cornerstones of his leadership style. Rotondo has also held various leadership roles at Wendy's, Arby's and Honey Baked Ham.

The Georgia Titan 100 program recognizes the area's most accomplished business leaders in their industry using criteria that includes demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion. Leaders represent the private and public sectors. The Titan 100 program also recognizes premier executives in Colorado, Philadelphia, Phoenix, and St. Louis.
