We provide 7 days of thorough franchisee training at Just Let Me Do It Corporate Headquarters in Charlotte, NC. New franchisees spend one week with us going over installation, maintenance & repair techniques; estimating; the proven sales system and business concept; and ongoing support aspects of our business. Corporate handles all billing and collections, so no back office training is required.

Qualifications

Franchisees must have a desire and passion to run their own business and to be their own boss. Successful franchisees should possess the ability to interact and communicate effectively with business owners and managers. Franchisees must demonstrate strong follow-through skills in completing jobs correctly and on time. Franchisees do not need to be general contractors, but need a basic understanding of the industry, and hire accordingly.
