Internal Testing Page

Description

This page is an internal testing environment for our custom-built Dot chatbot. The chatbot has been developed using proprietary code and is powered by Claude AI.

The purpose of this page is to evaluate chatbot performance, accuracy, and user experience before broader deployment. Testers should interact with the chatbot as if they were real users, using natural language and realistic scenarios.

Testing Instructions

Please test the chatbot using questions and prompts similar to those users would ask in our current Dot experience. Focus on a mix of common, edge-case, and unexpected queries.

When testing, evaluate the following:

  • Accuracy: Are the responses correct and relevant?
  • Clarity: Are answers easy to understand and well-structured?
  • Consistency: Does the chatbot respond reliably across similar questions?
  • Tone & Voice: Does it match our expected brand voice?
  • Fallback Handling: How does it respond when it doesn’t know an answer?
  • Speed & Performance: Are responses timely and smooth?

Suggested Test Scenarios

Try a variety of inputs, including:

  • Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
  • Multi-part or complex questions
  • Vague or incomplete prompts
  • Off-topic or unexpected questions
  • Follow-up questions to test conversation continuity

Feedback Guidelines

When providing feedback, please include:

  • The question asked
  • The chatbot’s response
  • A brief note on what worked or didn’t
