Faster food can be better food. That idea led to the creation of Modern Market Eatery in Boulder, CO in 2009. Since then, the brand has been on a mission to nurture happiness from the inside out by making its food easy to eat, clean, nourishing and delicious. Modern Market does this through scratch-cooking in every restaurant, using sustainable and ethically raised ingredients, and saying no to preservatives, antibiotics and anything artificial. Our “better food everywhere” ethos has driven innovation and reinvention of kitchen processes to make scratch-cooking fast, repeatable and profitable. An evolution of the cafe bakery concept, fresh salads, grain bowls, toasted sandwiches, brick oven pizzas and hand-juiced lemonades rule the menu. Awards include spots on Fast Casual’s “Movers and Shakers,” Foodable Labs’ “Top 100 Fast Casual Innovators,” and Restaurant Business’ Future 50.
