We are a leadership development business and we are different. Traditional training is a one-time event with little real life application. Using measured development our programs are four hours, once a month for 12 consecutive months. Concrete measurable action plans from each of the 24 classes are reviewed in a monthly debrief with each company to insure that good ideas do not remain just ideas. Using content from over 24 different industry experts provides a unique diversity to Crestcom’s programs.

The learning and development does not end after the 12-month program. Crestcom creates four new classes a year as part of CCE, Crestcom Continuing Education. School is never out for a professional so our franchises have clients for life.
