Training
Our extensive preparation includes in store and classroom. Instruction includes certification in core classes- Retail 1000, Retail 2000, and Retail 3000. Franchisees will receive extensive training in: customer service, merchandising, vendor relations, marketing, operations, and administration. Our training has been compared to entry level business college courses. Instructors combined over 200 years experience.
Qualifications
Our franchisees want the freedom and independence to run their own business with the extensive help, support, and loyalty of a franchisor that cares about your long-term success. Most of our franchisees have retail experience leading teams of people. It is helpful to have management experience in a retail setting, but not necessarily in the convenience store industry. Enjoying working with the public, and working hard, in a fast paced environment is critical to your success as a franchisee.
