Emerging Franchisor Virtual Conference

Our primary mission at IFA’s Emerging Franchisor Conference is to help emerging franchisors know what it takes in today’s real world to grow, protect and evolve an emerging franchise brand to the next stage of sustainability.

Our world has been tested and challenged these past several months, but one thing prevails-- the franchise business model and the need to remain connected to our peers to gain strength, share lessons learned and reaffirm the foundational strategies needed to be sustainable and royalty sufficient-- whether you are a brand with 10, 25, 50 or 100+ units.  During our revamped and renewed Emerging Franchisor Virtual Conference, we will help you GET IT RIGHT.  What are the smart decisions you need to make now to be fit and have a strong operational structure in place?  What are the steps, processes and action plans you need in place to ensure your success in the future because let’s face it, franchising is not a sprint, it’s a marathon!  During this two-day event, some of the leading experts in franchising will come together to help trailblaze the future of your business-- sharing stories and sound advice on areas such as communication strategies, infrastructure and culture, keeping your franchisees happy and profitable, smart franchise sales, reinvesting in the business (how and when), and more.  During the EFVC, you’ll assess the fitness of your franchise brand and walk away with the training, maintenance and endurance tools you’ll need to sustain a successful position in the marathon.  Programming will align with these key themes to help your system go the distance!  Mark your calendars now and join us for this impactful virtual event.
