Though we missed seeing our franchise friends in person this year, IFA’s 2021 Virtual annual Convention was a success! A lot of people have been asking — How do I access IFA 2021 on-demand content?
What’s great is, it’s easy! If you are already registered for the Convention, you simply login to the virtual platform to view session recordings.
How Long Do I Have Access?
The content is yours until the end of May, so you’ve got a full three months to learn about the latest and greatest tips, tactics and trends in the franchise industry.
Login Information
Email Address: Your username is your email address. Enter the email address attached to your registration and use all lower case. It is case sensitive.
Password: If you have not created a password already, your password is your Registration Confirmation Number. If it does not auto-populate, it is also included in your confirmation email sent by IFAevents@mocandco.com when you registered. Enter the password in all CAPS. If you already created a password, you are all set!
Forgot Password?
Be sure to check your spam folder for the password reset email. If you hit the reset password, your registration confirmation number will no longer work. If you do not receive the reset email, then you should contact Stephanie Murphy at stephanie.murphy@intrado.com.
