We offer a discounted initial franchise fee of $25,000 (normally $40,000) and reduced royalties for the first year from 4% to 2% and reduced royalties for the second year from 4% to 3%.

Our franchise program is designed to provide the franchisee with the tools needed to create a memorable dining experience for every guest. In addition to providing seven week long training to the restaurant operators, we provide design support, purchasing support, marketing support and consulting support. There is a Franchise Business Consultant assigned to each restaurant; and is there to help the franchisee with all aspects of restaurant development and on-going operations.
Much of the franchisees' success can be attributed to their adherence to a high standard of excellence. While a background in the restaurant industry may be helpful, a commitment to customer service, cleanliness and quality coupled with overall business acumen is essential. Applicants must meet the capital investment requirements through sufficient personal net worth and access to substantial credit. Candidates must have a minimum net worth of $750,000, of which at least $300,000 must be liquid.
