Power of Brands Campaign

The Power of Brands is an educational campaign aimed to raise the profile and benefits of franchising made possible through our strongest asset -- BRANDS. The campaign is comprised of small, medium and large companies from across the country, in all 50 states, who are working together to build industry awareness for the very thing that makes them possible, their brand.

The Power of Brands Campaign will put the stories of franchise business owners front and center to highlight how brands have transformed their lives as well as many others nationwide.

IFA Signs Pledge to America's Workers

On July 22nd, IFA signed the Pledge to America’s Workers, joining the initiative to create more jobs and strengthen the American economy. Over the next five years, we pledge to hire, train or upskill more than 250,000 workers through our member brands and franchise owners.

This is just one of the many ways IFA is supporting hard working Americans across the country. We strive to foster growth for small business owners and employees in their communities. Whether it be by supporting veterans as they return to civilian life by providing them with the training needed for franchise ownership through our VetFran program, or promoting minority franchise ownership by granting scholarships through our Diversity Institute program to minorities studying business or finance; IFA continuously aims to provide leadership and guidance that helps franchise businesses and their employees succeed in their communities.

For millions of Americans, the skills taught through our franchises were some of their earliest exposure to business operations and customer or client interaction that formed the foundation of their professional careers. We are committed to continuing these trainings and strengthening the franchise community.

Whether it be through our VetFran program, our Diversity Institute program, or fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs, we at IFA are working hard every day to improve the lives of the hard-working entrepreneurs who make up the franchise community.
