Franchise Discriminatory Laws

IFA not only advocates for the interests of its members at the federal level, it also advocates at the state and local levels including, opposing discriminatory minimum wage increases that falsely consider local franchises as “big” businesses, not individually owned and operated businesses, exposing them to shorter timeframes to phase-in wage increases.
