IFA offers a wealth of educational opportunities for franchisors that can be tailored to meet individual company needs in the area of franchise compliance training and education. For a comprehensive and detailed training session delivered to franchisors at their headquarters location, IFA administers the Franchise Compliance Training Program, launched in 1998 in partnership with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and state franchise regulators. For franchisors who want to take advantage of on-line educational resources, IFA offers two courses through its Franchise University, a Franchising Basics for franchise investors and a Franchise Sales Compliance program for franchisors. In addition, IFA regularly conducts regional programs that include compliance training sessions.
