Training
Our two-week learning and development training consists of three practical components: classroom and web training, best practices and field immersion training for practical application and experience in running a home care business. Post our Home Care Academy, franchisees receive ongoing field operational support, along with regional workshops and monthly webinars.
Qualifications
Successful candidates come from a variety of backgrounds. Our ideal candidate fits five specific criteria: 1.) a strong desire to give back to others in their community 2.) a leadership background with specific experience in recruiting/training/coaching/sales/service 3.) the skills, ability and desire to execute a B2B and B2C relationship building model 4.) full-time effort the first three years (no part-time or passive investors) 5.) financially viable.
